We were there in September 2020. The weather invited to sit outside. With a little luck, you'll get a seat. The service had its hands full, but was quick and attentive. We ordered sundaes from a badged menu. No details about the ice cream cups, only the prices were noted. We had a nut cup and a blueberry cup. What doesn't work at all and what also leads to devaluation here is the fact that there was alcohol in the nut cup. As I said, no reference on the menu, not even from the service. It doesn't kill you as an adult, but I would have freaked out if my child had been told to do this. Apart from that, the price-performance ratio wasn't that great. We'll look for another restaurant on another visit to the heath. If alcohol is not declared, then I have little faith in the rest of the menu.

It was my first time in the hotel. I was invited, otherwise I would have asked the cook a few questions. We ordered the highly acclaimed goulash. The best part of the meal were the warmed plates and the cranberries. I don't want to comment on the quality of the goulash. Just a shame. However, the premises were very attractive.

Only 3 points because of the hygiene! Heidschnuckenbraten was really very good. Unfortunately, I didn't feel very comfortable there. Our table had a dirty tablecloth, and that in times of the pandemic ... I found that very worrying.

Very nice service! Although breakfast was over, we were still brought bread rolls and coffee! Thank you for the service! We'd love to come back!

Can only rate bike rental: hands off! The brake pads were completely down and you could pull the brake lever up to the handlebars without stopping. It just squeaks. So you can get people out of the way, but not drive safely. Bikes brought back after 2 hours. Who is taking care of the maintenance of the bikes, the cook?

There are not many places to eat in Undeloh, but whether we will eat here again ..... Staff was friendly. There wasn't that much choice on the menu now, but that's not a problem. My farmer's breakfast consisted only of fried potatoes and one, stirred together in the pan, luckily served with cucumber and tomato and ham. We waited about 1 hour for our food.

After half an hour there was still no one at the table who wanted to take our order, despite requests. So we can't even say whether it tastes good ...

We experienced a very spacious restaurant garden for two. Service was very friendly and - despite very good visitors - fast. The lamb shank was excellent, the leek vegetables alone were too thick. The dish was rounded off by a well drawn and chilled Lüneburg Pils.

The outside of the hotel is very nice, but we didn't like the room. It was very clean but the decor is not nice. We just didn't feel comfortable in the hotel.

Even though the inn was quite overcrowded, I got my food relatively quickly. It tasted very good. However, restaurants have adjusted their prices due to the long loss of earnings, you can tell that.

Nice inn with delicious pies and cakes. The ice cream tastes good too, of course. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. All is well.

We were in the restaurant for dinner. The card sounds promising. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste that way. The chanterelles in cream sauce with fried potatoes cost an impressive € 19.60. The same sauce was at our table with different dishes and tasted like a cheap one from the supermarket. The fried potatoes - out of the bag. The portions - small. With the price and the small amount, at least quality is expected. In addition, the shop was full of flies. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this as a restaurant.

Cake and icebreaker: 4 stars Warm food / menu: 2 stars Positive: My Undeloher vegetable pot, as well as my buckwheat cake and my icebreaker were very tasty. The service was okay and the food was served quickly, even if it was a little very quick. Negative: At a price of € 12, I expect more than two small potatoes, a little vegetable, which could have come out of the can. A friend had a turkey schnitzel, which was the size of a child's portion at a price of € 15. You can tell from the portion size that the target group is aimed at seniors.

We went to eat here on our second evening in Undeloh. The employee was very friendly and emphatically funny. The restaurant was clean and the winter garden was bright. I had the Heidschnuck goulash with apple red cabbage and heather potatoes. The dish tasted very tasty and everything was well coordinated and pleasantly seasoned. It was just too much, really. My fellow hikers were also impressed by their food, everything was delicious.

Very personable friendly staff. The family management and that together make it even more likeable. Delicious meal. A great hotel. A mixture of modern and dollhouse. Highly recommended.

Good food, great selection, nice staff. I always like to go there for dinner on vacation. One of the few restaurants that are open every day. Price-performance ratio is more than adequate. I can recommend it. Especially the quiet location and the nice, large terrace are great.

Great place for regional food, as well as just coffee and cake. The food is prepared with great care for details and regional culture. The prices are fine, the experience great, the location is in the center of the village Undeloh in the most beautiful part of the Lüneburger Heath (Heide).
